The word ‘choice’ refers to the Right-Minded Teamwork Choice Model. The model describes accountable and non-accountable teammate behavior.
When teammates discuss and understand how their choice impacts their team performance, they are more likely to embrace accountable work behavior choices.
Those accountable choices are captured in team Work Agreements. A work agreement is a Team Choice, covenant, promise, or pledge that transforms teammate behavior.

I conducted my first training class in 1980 and facilitated my first team-building workshop in 1986 for a promising young computer software company who was working on what is now hyperlink technology. Didn’t we do a terrific job in that workshop? Hyperlinks are an international success and a technology everyone uses daily.
Ok, I suppose I can’t take any credit for hyperlink technology, but I fell in love with the idea of becoming a team building facilitator. Since then, I personally facilitated over 500 teams through multiple team building workshops. I promise, this process works.
My firm, Lord & Hogan LLC, grew to five full-time employees at our pinnacle and was located in Houston, Texas, USA. I have a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston, with a special focus in career development and life-work planning. I’m a CMF Certified Master Facilitator. I also served on the board of the International Institute for Facilitation.
After years of facilitating full-time, I now offer this method to you through this website. I’m blessed to have a wonderful and loving wife, one dog and two cats. The children and grandchildren are grown and on their own.
Ah … life is good. I am blessed to be in these last stages of my career and eventual full retirement.
